Art That’s no Secret I’ll Ever Tell…XOXO

What I love about art is that it can come from anyone, in any form.  The community art project, PostSecret, is a perfect example of this.  Since 2005, Founder Frank Warren has asked people to decorate a postcard with a secret that they’ve never revealed before and send it in.  Every Sunday, ten new “art pieces” are revealed on the blog.  PostSecret also has an art exhibition that’s currently traveling the country.  Here’s the trailer video for the project…

What a great way to express yourself!!! Hmm, maybe I should mail a postcard in saying that I secretly want to steal everything that Shopbop sells…oh wait, that’s not a secret!
